At Foodtopia, the car stays at home! The best way to get to Foodtopia is by public transport, so that you can enjoy the entire festival without worrying about parking. The planet will thank you!

Tickets
- Where can I buy my ticket?
Tickets already available at https://e.3cket.com/foodtopia
You can also buy your ticket at the venue. We recommend that you buy your ticket online, quickly and conveniently, avoiding queues on the day of the event.
- What is the price of the daily ticket?
The ticket has a daily cost of 10 euros for adults and children from 12 years old.
In addition to entry to the National Monument that is the Jardim Botânico Tropical of the University of Lisbon (in Belém), with approximately 30 chefs present each day, you will have access to a cultural agenda, that includes talks on gastronomy, interactive theatre, artistic installations and DJ sets.
- Do children pay for the ticket?
The ticket is free for children under 12 years old, but requires the a child's ticket, which must be purchased together with the ticket of the adult accompanying the child.
- With my ticket can I enter and leave the festival?
It is not possible to leave the venue for a new entry.
- I have questions regarding the purchase of my ticket. Who should I contact?

Food and Drink
- Will there be vegetarian, vegan or gluten free options?
In this 1st edition, will have vegetarian options on both days and vegan option on the 2nd July.
- Will there be desserts available?
Yes, there will be desserts. As with the other dishes, each chef will serve a unique dessert.
- What is the price of each course?
The chefs' dishes have a fixed cost of 6 euros, for any chef.
- How to pay for the food and drink inside the venue?
All payments will be in digital format (cashless).
If you have a 3cket ticket, the cashless payments are made with the QR code of the digital ticket:

If you do not have a 3cket ticket, you will need cashless access via a physical card with a unique QR code, which you will receive after entering the event.

- If I have money left on my cashless top-up, will the remaining amount be refunded?
Yes. Within 5 working days after the event, you may request the amount left in the event's digital wallet.
Accessibility
- Is there a seating area?
There will be tables with seating, as well as three grassed areas that are properly signposted. We recommend that you bring a towel, blanket or similar to enjoy Foodtopia in picnic mode.
- Is it possible for animals to enter?
No. Animals are not allowed in the Jardim Botânico Tropical of the University of Lisbon, in Belém.
- Is the venue prepared for those with low mobility?
Yes, the Jardim Botânico Tropical of the University of Lisbon, in Belém, is prepared to receive those with low mobility.
- Does the Tropical Botanical Garden require any special care from visitors?
In addition to the regulations for use of the space, which will be available at the entrance to the event, it is important that visitors preserve and protect the natural and artistic-cultural heritage of the Jardim Botânico Tropical of the University of Lisbon, in Belém.
With an area of 7 hectares, it is regularly open to the public and researchers. It contains around 500 perennial species, most of tropical or subtropical origin; however, given the garden's not only research but also didactic and leisure nature, there are some originating from temperate regions.
- Is smoking allowed at the event?
In a prophylactic manner, the natural heritage of Jardim Botânico Tropical of the University of Lisbon has to be protected, namely from the risk of fire. Therefore, specific places for smoking will be created and identified within the event.
